Recognition of Excellence:

The HDI Central Florida Chapter is pleased to present the HDI  2026 Best Service and Support Analyst Award to Jessica Ledesma Mestre, Senior Service Desk Analyst at Orange County Public Schools (OCPS)!  OCPS has built an inspiring Culture of I.T. Service and Support Excellence and OCPS I.T.S. Customer Care team members have won this award three years in a row!  It was an honor and a privilege to celebrate Jessica’s achievements with the OCPS I.T.  Leadership Team.

About our HDI Central Florida Chapter:

We are a lively community of accomplished and innovative I.T. Service and Support Professionals!  We enjoy the sharing of knowledge, relationships, and experiences.  We welcome all I.T. Service and Support Professionals, including management and front line practitioners, those whom are experienced as well as those that are new in their roles, and I.T. Industry Business Partners as well! The HDI Central Florida Chapter is a nonprofit 501 (c) (6) networking group — FEI/EIN Number is 455350917 — devoted to the support community:  i.e.  I.T. Service Management Leadership, Service Desk Analysts, Desktop Support Technicians, Network Support Specialists, Program and Project Managers, Business Analysts, other practitioners, and Business Partners.  We meet at least four times a year. Meeting topics include educational sessions on industry best practices, training, case studies, technology innovation, round tables, and social networking events. We have a very experienced membership, many of whom are management level and decision makers representing many prestigious area employers.  Participation in our meetings has included Adventist Health System, Booz Allen Hamilton, Bright House Networks, Charles Schwab , CHEP, CNL, Comprehensive Health Services, Consulate Health Care, Convergys, Darden Restaurants, Duke Energy, Electronic Arts, Ernst & Young, Fidelity Information Services, Florida Hospital, Florida Virtual School, Gainesville Regional Utilities, Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, HD Supply, International Speedway Corporation, Lockheed Martin, Orange County, Orange County Public Schools, Orlando Health, PharMerica, Rollins College, SCI, Symantec, University of Central Florida, University of Florida, University of Florida Health, The Walt Disney Company, VyStar Credit Union, and many other prominent organizations. As a nonprofit group, we depend heavily on donations from sponsors. HDI Local Chapters:

HDI Local Chapters (HelpDesk Chapters Inc. | HDC) is a not for profit company that partners with HDI for the success of HDI, HDI Local Chapters, and the IT Service Management and Technical Support communities. Today, we have chapters in over 30 cities across the U.S., and are the premiere technical service and support association in the world. HDC is a 501(c)(6) corporation.

With regular opportunities for technical support professionals to connect, share and discuss common challenges, and learn from industry innovators, our network of local chapters is a convenient and dynamic way to collaborate with like-minded professionals.

HDI Local Chapters primary mission focuses on elevating the service and support industry through our Local Chapter Network. These goals are accomplished by:

    ❖ Providing quality communications, educational events, and sharing of best                         practices among members within the service and support community
